1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Curated Passport's services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

The Curated Passport specializes in curated travel experiences to Egypt. Our services include:

  • Guided group trips

  • Private customized travel experiences

  • Cultural and educational activities

  • Travel planning support

  • Day excursions

3. Booking & Payment

A. Booking Process

  • All trip reservations require a completed booking form and deposit.

  • Full payment deadlines will be outlined in each trip package.

B. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

  • We accept all major credit card payments and bank transfers through our booking platform.

  • Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

A. Cancellations by Travelers

  • Deposits are refundable.

  • Cancellations made 61+ days before departure: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 60 days before departure: 40% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: 30% refund.

B. Cancellations by The Curated Passport

  • We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, safety concerns, or low enrollment. In such cases, we will offer a refund or the option to rebook for a future date.

5. Travel Insurance & Liability

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against trip disruptions, medical emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances.

  • The Curated Passport is not responsible for lost baggage, flight cancellations, visa denials, or personal injuries during the trip.

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, and vaccination requirements.

6. Code of Conduct

We expect all travelers to:

  • Respect local cultures, customs, and laws.

  • Follow instructions from tour guides and local hosts.

  • Maintain respectful behavior toward fellow travelers and staff.

  • Refrain from any conduct that disrupts the experience of others.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the trip without a refund.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data solely for trip planning, communication, and marketing purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent.

8. Force Majeure

The Curated Passport is not liable for disruptions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government actions, pandemics, or civil unrest. Refunds in such cases will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
